Tool designers, engineers, fabricators, or any other individuals wanting to learn more about tooling for the manufacture of advanced composite structures will benefit from this course. This 2-day seminar introduces the attendee to advanced composite processes, tool design concepts, and an in-depth look at tooling materials. Special emphasis is on proper material selection for high temperature molds, mandrels, and fixtures used for autoclave, out-of-autoclave, and automated processes. This workshop will be conducted in an interactive format, whereas questions will be entertained during the course of the discussion.

The tour will take place 1:00 – 5:00 PM on Tuesday, June 11 (a day before the seminar). Availability is extremely limited. Transportation will be provided.
